Mixed Vegetable Pakoda

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients:
White flour – 1½  tbsp.
Cronflour – 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.(as per taste)
Pepper – 1/4 tsp.(as per taste)
Cabbage 100 gm. (chopped)
Cauliflower – 100 gm. (chopped)
Potatoes – 100 gm. (chopped)
Onion – 100 gm. (chopped)
Green chillies – 2-3 chopped (optional)
Panner – 100 gm.

Oil – For frying.
Mixed Vegetable Pakoda
Method:
Mix the white flour, cronflour, saltnpepper. Add 1-2  tbsp of water and make a thick batter. Add all the chopped vegetables (except paneer) and mix well to form a mixture of uniform consistency.
Heat oil for 30 seconds on a high flame. Lift one teaspoon full of mixture and top it with a piece of  paneer. slide this slowly into the oil. Deep fry till golden brown on both sides. Distribute hot with sauce.
