Cludded Paneer |
Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
Paneer – 500 gms
Cornflour – 3 tbsp.
White flour – ½ cup
Salt – approx 1½ -2 tsp.
Chaat masala – 1 tsp.
Oil – for frying
For Sauce
Green chillies – 5-6
Garlic – 4 cloves
Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Oil – 1 tsp.
Cornflour – 2 tsp.
Salt – approx. 1 tsp.(as per taste)

Method:
Grind the coriander leaves, chillies,
garlic along with lemon juice and sugar. Heat oil in kadhai, add the mixture
and cook for a few seconds. Mix the cornflour in 2 tbsp of water and grow
thick. Allow it to cool.
Spread the sauce on one side of the paneer pieces and top it with the
other piece. Prepare batter by mixing the cornflour, white flour, salt and
approximately 5-6 tbsp of water to make a batter and deep fry till reddish
brown. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with tea.
